Notice

Fabrice harvests this delicious honey by favouring the establishment of his apiaries in preserved areas, in order to provide the best living environment for his bees.
RARE HONEY FROM OUR SWEET BEEKEEPERS®.
Honey very rich in fructose (39% more than glucose for this honey), whose glycemic index is lower than that of other honeys (to be consumed in moderation). Robinia false acacia, native to North America, is one of the first forest species imported from the New World. It carries this name in memory of Jean Robin, botanist gardener of Henri IV, who introduced it in France. The first specimen, planted around 1600 Place Dauphine in Paris, then transferred to the Jardin des Plantes in 1635, is still there.

THE HARVEST
Harvested in France.
By Fabrice, early June, in a beautiful area of wild acacias of the Haut-Rhin.
Other flowers gleaned : Brassicaceae, phacelia.
