Directions for use
Recommended for a 21 days cure
Oral way: Take ½ teaspoon in the morning and evening before the meal. Let it melt under the tongue.
Anti-wrinkle mask: Apply a thin layer of 3 mm as a mask on the skin. Leave on for at least 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
Compress: Apply a pea-sized amount to the solar plexus (or other energy points on the body, depending on the desired effect) with a compress. Leave on overnight.
Bath: For a calming and regenerating effect, add a teaspoon to the bath water.
