My Apitherapy advice
Blow your nose beforehand.
Gently insert the tip into the nostril and apply brief pressure to each nostril.
Wait a few seconds before blowing your nose again.
Use up to 4 times a day as needed.
After use, clean the tip with hot water, plug it up and put it back in the box.
